For “Schedule Dialysis” and “Consultancy” services, the client may choose to discontinue, request cancellation of service 24hrs before scheduled delivery for said services, and RAHI Care will consider such requests and subject to status of service fulfillment may refund upto maximum of 100% of the payment received for such services.
